On the 1st Friday of every month, I teach a Wholehearted Art Group based on Dr. Brené Brown's research outlined in her books - with a special focus on "The Gifts of Imperfection". This month's topic is COMPASSION. Have you been a good friend ... to YOU lately? Explore the concept and Guidepost of Compassion and how it can help you live a more authentic, wholehearted life. We will have time for creating and sharing our art projects; while connecting, expressing ourselves and embracing our Wholeheartedness. This group is designed for individuals with or without an art background – students, parents, teens, couples, friends, coworkers – basically anyone wanting to play with art and learn something amazing about themselves in the process! Registration is required and limited seating is available, so register early! You can contact me for more information or to send a registration form and payment to reserve your seat. $30 fee, payments accepted include all major credit cards, cash or checks made out to Elizabeth Lowder MSW LCSW. Due to limited seating, I won't be able to accept walk-in registrations, everyone must register in advance.
